Dimensions shown are approximate exterior. Interior dimensions are slightly smaller.
The 20ft container is the smaller of the two standard sizes. It has an interior floor about 19 ft 4 in by 7 ft 9 in and 7 ft 10 in of height, and it needs 110 feet of straight, unobstructed approach, 20 feet less than a 40ft.
A 20ft suits a renovation, seasonal equipment storage or small-business overflow storage.

Twice the storage of a 20ft in the same footprint width. The 40ft suits large equipment, multiple pallets of inventory, or maximum storage on a property with a long, accessible driveway.
Note that a 40ft requires 130 feet of straight, unobstructed space, plus at least 15 feet of height for driving clearance and 22 feet of clear height along the unloading path. Urban properties with limited access may be better served by the 20ft.
The 40ft high cube has the same footprint as the standard 40ft but stands a full foot taller: 9 feet 6 inches exterior height, with about 8 ft 10 in of interior height. That extra foot is useful for overhead electrical, racking and tall equipment.
High cubes suit conversion projects: container offices, mountain bunkhouses, worksite break rooms, and custom cabin builds.

A modified container starts with a standard steel shipping container and adds the features you need: doors, windows, insulation, electrical, HVAC, and more. The result is a durable, weatherproof structure.
Modified containers can serve as construction offices on job sites, off-grid hunting cabin bases, ranch offices, and retail pop-up concepts.
Reefer containers combine the structural strength of a shipping container with an integrated refrigeration unit capable of maintaining temperatures from -25°F to +70°F. They can be used for cold chain logistics, seasonal produce storage, brewery ingredient storage, and more.
Available in 20ft and 40ft sizes. Requires a 460V 3-phase power connection or a compatible generator to run the refrigeration unit.

| Temperature Range | -25°F to +70°F |
